1. Major Unforeseen Events
Full refund guaranteedIn the event of major unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable incidents, Flynt Education commits to providing a full reimbursement of all fees paid by the school or group of students.
2. Voluntary Cancellations (20+ Days Before Course Start)
Full refundFor cancellations made by the school or student up to 20 days prior to the scheduled start of the language course, a full refund of all fees will be provided. This applies to cancellations made voluntarily, without specific cause.
3. Cancellations Within 20 Days of Course Start
No refundCancellations made within 20 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of major unforeseen events as outlined in point 1 above.
4. Refund Process
5–6 working daysRefunds will be processed within 5 to 6 working days upon receipt of written notification of cancellation. The refund will be made by bank transfer, and we will provide the customer with proof of reimbursement.
5. Notification of Cancellation
Written notice requiredAll cancellations must be submitted in writing to the language school's official email address (info@flynteducation.com). The date of receipt of the written cancellation will determine the eligibility for a refund according to the above policy.
Important Information
Payment Terms
All courses must be paid in full before arrival. For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit may secure your spot with the balance due before the course start date.
Group Bookings
For group bookings, if there are individual cancellations that reduce the number of students attending, we will deduct those from the outstanding amount up to the arrival date.
Course Changes
If you need to change your course dates rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, as this can protect you in cases not covered by our refund policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your booking, please send a written request to our official email address. Include your full name, booking reference, and course dates.

This cancellation and refund policy is effective as of January 2024. Flynt Education reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affected customers and will not apply retroactively to existing bookings. This policy is governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the courts of Girona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
