1. Force Majeure (Exceptional Circumstances)
Case-by-case reviewIf you need to cancel due to a serious, unforeseeable event outside your control (for example: a medical emergency, a major travel disruption, or a natural disaster), we may offer a refund or an alternative solution. Requests must be supported with appropriate documentation. We review these cases individually and respond as quickly as possible.
2. Voluntary Cancellations (30+ Days Before Course Start)
Full refundYou may cancel your course up to 30 days before the scheduled start date and receive a full refund of the course fees you have paid (see point 4 for processing details).
3. Cancellations Within 30 Days of Course Start
No refundCancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date are not refundable, except in cases of force majeure as outlined in point 1.
4. Refund Processing

Important Information
Payment Terms
All courses are paid in advance. Your place is reserved once payment is received and your booking is confirmed by our team.
Changing Dates Instead of Cancelling
If you need to move your start date rather than cancel, contact us as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may be offered as an alternative to cancellation in some cases.
Documentation for Force Majeure
If you request an exception within 30 days due to force majeure, we may ask for supporting evidence (for example: a medical certificate, airline notice, or official documentation).
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, as this can protect you in cases not covered by our refund policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your booking, please send a written request to our official email address. Include your full name, booking reference, and course start date. If you are requesting an exception due to force majeure, include any supporting documentation.
