These terms govern use of this website and requests made to Learn Spanish Lloret, a Flynt Education brand operated by Souren Holdings from Avinguda de Vidreres 122-124, 17310 Lloret de Mar, Girona, Spain.
1. Website information
We aim to keep course descriptions, availability, schedules, and prices accurate. Information shown online may be updated before a booking is confirmed. Obvious errors do not create a contractual entitlement.
2. Booking requests
Submitting the booking form creates a pending request. An individual course place becomes confirmed after the payment provider confirms the required course payment. Accommodation requests remain subject to a separate availability check and written quotation.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros. Accommodation may be quoted separately where marked “price on enquiry”. Any coupon must be valid when verified by our server. Individual students continue directly from the booking form to secure checkout. The checkout identifies the exact course amount before payment. Online course payments are processed by BBVA/Redsys under its provider terms; payment status is determined by its signed server notification, not merely by the browser return page.
4. Changes and cancellation
Course changes, cancellations, refunds, and force-majeure situations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and any specific written proposal sent to you. Where mandatory consumer rights provide greater protection, those rights prevail.
5. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, or use the website unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site’s text, branding, layout, photographs, and course materials belong to or are licensed to the operator. They may not be commercially reproduced without written permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that limitation, we are not responsible for third-party websites, events outside reasonable control, or indirect losses not reasonably foreseeable when the contract is formed.
8. Governing law and contact
Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or consumer-resolution authority. Contact info@flynteducation.com before escalating a complaint so we can try to resolve it promptly.
