  • What is Flynt Education?
    Flynt Education is a Spanish school which has been dedicated for many years to the management of language courses for national and foreign students. We carry out academic and cultural programs adapted to the needs of our students. Who are the members of the Flynt Education team?   • The town of Lloret de Mar
    Lloret de Mar is a town located in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain. Located next to the Mediterranean Sea, on the Costa Brava, its population is around 45.000 inhabitants according to the last census. It belongs to the region of La Selva. Lloret de Mar has a coastal Mediterranean climate, with temperatures always much milder due to the moderating thermal effect of the sea. Its beaches have a warm temperature throughout the year, so that the softening effect of the beaches is much more noticeable in winter than in summer. How to get to Lloret de mar? Lloret de Mar has excellent communications via bus, which leave every hour from Barcelona, Girona or Blanes (if you arrive by train to this town) What are the most important features of Lloret de Mar? Although Lloret de Mar is known for being a vibrant party town for young people, it has much more to offer. The town has a lot of tourist places and monuments that are an important part of Spanish history and culture. Such as the beautiful castles, Iberian settlements, statues, church, and other historical monuments that offer the perfect mixed between culture and leisure.
  • Are there any recommendations when traveling to Lloret de Mar?
    In general, Lloret de Mar is a very safe town, with little crime or criminality. However, it would be advised not to leave personal belongings unattened while at the beach Opening hours of shops in Lloret de Mar The shops in Lloret de Mar open their doors from 9:00 or 10:00, and some close at noon for lunch from 1:30 pm or 2:00 pm. In the afternoon they reopen between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and do not close until 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. Shops such as supermarkets and major brands do not close at noon. On Saturday afternoons some shops and all department stores open, while on Sundays the vast majority of shops close, except on some specific dates when stores are allowed to open. Bank Opening Hours The vast majority of banks open between 8:00 and 8:30 and close at 2:00 pm or 2:30 pm. Meal times: restaurants and bars In Lloret de Mar, as in the rest of Spain, it is usually to eat later than in other European countries. The first meal of the day, breakfast, is usually done between 9:00 and 11:00 hours. At noon you eat between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm and dinner between 8:00 and 11:00 pm. This same schedule governs the opening hours of the restaurants and bars. Some open all day and even serve food after 11:00 pm.
  • Can I get a student Visa for my course?
    At Flynt Education we can help you obtain your student Visa to travel to Spain and join your Spanish course. Although, we can arrange for the necessary paperwork, we can never 100% guarantee the approval of the student Visa by the Ministry, as several elements are considered depending on your country of origin.
  • What do I need for my student Visa?
    In order to apply for a student Visa to come to study in Spain, you will need to complete several steps. In order to find out more about the process, visit the following link of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs: https://www.exteriores.gob.es/Consulados/losangeles/en/ServiciosConsulares/Paginas/Consular/Visado-de-estudios.aspx However, when requesting your visa, you will need an acceptance letter and a confirmation of enrollment, which we can provide. In order to obtain those, we will need: 1. Valid copy of the ID card or Passport of the student 2. Personal details, such as postal address, contact information, and background. 3. Payment of the course in advance. It's also important to note that in order to get your Visa approved, you will need to be enrolled to a minimum of 20 hours of classes a week.
  • What happens if my Visa is rejected?
    In case of rejection of your visa by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we will issue a reimbursement of the course and fees paid. Keep in mind that there is a 50€ charge for handling the case, which we will deduct from your reimbursement.
  • How can I register?

  • Do you offer courses for groups?
    Of course. We organize group sessions all year round for all ages and levels. Our Spanish classes are fully adapted to the level and needs of the group.
  • What is the minimum age required to be part of a course?
    The minimum enrollment age is 6 years. However, students under 18 must receive approval from their parents or legal guardian.
  • Do I need to have a specific level to participate in a course?
    No, we offer courses based on age and level.
  • When can I start a course with a group?
    You can enroll to a group course any time you want, Monday to Friday (except holidays). Our One on One courses can start whenever the student wants.
  • Which course is most appropriate for me?
    If you are unsure about the level or course you should attend, we offer a free assessment test that can be done online once enrollment is completed.
  • How can I request more information?

  • Can I change my course once it has started?
    Yes, students can change groups once they have started their course if they feel they are in the wrong level, provided there are vacancies in other groups.
  • Can I extend my course?
    Of course, as we work all year round, you will always be able to extend your course, provided there are vacancies.
  • Do you offer additional courses?

  • What happens to classes that are not held due to holidays?
    Classes held on holidays are already taken into account in the planning for the course. If there is a change in the schedule due to unforseen circumstances, those classes will be made up on another day.
  • Will I get a certificate at the end of my course?
    Of course. Flynt Education issues a certificate which is delivered at the end of the course, stating the hours attented and the type of course. Please, keep in mind that it is at the discretion of the school district, administration or local professional development committee whether this document is acceptable as proof of meeting goals on individual professional development plans. Our certificate does not constitute the procurement of an official qualification.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    1. Major Unforeseen Events: In the event of major unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable incidents, Flynt Education commits to providing a full reimbursement of all fees paid by the school or group of students. 2. Volunteer Cancellations (Up to 20 Days Prior to Course Start): For cancellations made by the school or student up to 20 days prior to the scheduled start of the language course, a full refund of all fees will be provided. This applies to cancellations made voluntarily, without specific cause. 3. Cancellations Within 20 Days of Course Start: Cancellations made within 20 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of major unforeseen events, as outlined in point 1. 4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed in 5 to 6 working days upon receipt of written notification of cancellation. The refund will be made by bank transfer, providing the customer with the subsequent proof of reimbursement. 5. Notification of Cancellation: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the language school's official email address. The date of receipt of the written cancellation will determine the eligibility for a refund according to the above policy.
